What flavors and desserts do you have?
If you click on the menu and gallery button above you will find lists of flavors and desserts. If you don't see something you like just ask!
How far in advance do I need to order?
I prefer at least a 2 week notice. You can always contact me to see if availability at anytime, but I sometimes book up months in advance so too early is never too early.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is do with any order at the time of booking. This will hold your date and ensure I can purchase any special items for your order. This is nonrefundable if I have started on your order or ordered anything for you. If I have not it can be refunded but it is at my discretion. The other half is due at pickup/delivery. Payment is done through invoice with square. I also except cash and venmo and have a card reader for in person card transactions.
What is your refund policy?
I always urge any customer to contact me in the event they are unhappy with their order! In order to really understand if there was an issue caused on my end I need to have the product back and a refund will be assessed on a case by case basis. However if a cake is ruined after it is accepted by you the customer in good condition (and it is not my fault as in poor structure, etc.) then no refund will be given. I will however do everything I can to help fix any issue if possible. Customer satisfaction is very important to me!
Do you accommodate any allergies?
Allergies are tricky and not something to mess around with. If a dietary restriction is by choice (as in vegan, gluten free without necessity, etc.) then I absolutely can. However, if it is a true allergen to gluten or peanuts or dairy, etc. I cannot guarantee those products will not come into contact with your order as they are in my kitchen and have been used with my utensils. Every product has a allergen list and ingredients list on the packaging for easy identification as per health code.
Do you deliver?
Absolutely! Wedding cakes are priced with delivery included, because no one wants to deal with that on their wedding day. There is a delivery fee based on how far I will be traveling, but if you are willing to pay it I am willing to travel it!
